New chips are designed to integrate Artificial Intelligence into personal computers. The new gaming chips rely on Nvidia’s “Blackwell” AI technology to enable hyperrealistic graphics, which can imitate small details in objects and even human faces. Nvidia’s chips have already been borrowed by Google, Microsoft, Meta, and top brands in the tech market. They come in smaller packs, which are convenient for individual software developers to check their AI systems effectively. The desktop will be available for purchase in March 2025. Huang also showed a family model for those embracing “physical AI”. This model helps robots to do the real-world tasks and make the basic decisions.

Huang also demonstrated its first desktop computer, named Project DIGITS. The device was tailored specifically for computer programmers rather than average consumers. Complex technology has extensive functionality to create video games with advanced graphics. Costing $3,000 and based on the Nvidia operating system, it uses the same chip at the center of the company’s data center. At the same time, it is connected to the central processor developed with help from Taiwan’s MediaTek. This AI technology enables the development of characters that plan and act like real players.

Huand was honest about the company’s plans. When seeing one AI-driven application coming after another, they wanted to create something revolutionary. Their machine learning approach can change how computing works in many industries. The chips from the RTX 50 series can generate video games with realistic graphics. They are especially successful in the field called shaders, which remove imperfections and fingerprint smudges and make ceramic teapots look more realistic. This makes the whole game look attractive and different from all the known games. No wonder, the new technology is expected to boost the company’s sales in 2025.

Predicted Value of AI Chips

Nvidia introduced the new GeForce RTX 50 series for desktop and laptop computers.
